While talking amid a meeting in Saudi Arabia, President Buhari said he had an alternate feeling on the N5000 stipend his gathering guaranteed to provide for unemployed Nigerians when they come into force.
Buhari said he would rather utilize the N5000 to repair the bases in schools and enable mining and horticulture than to give the cash to individuals who don't work;
"This largesse of N5,000 for the unemployed, I have a marginally diverse need. I would rather do the foundation for the school that demand them and enable farming, mining so that each healthy individual can go and get work as opposed to giving 5,000, N5,000 to the individuals who don't work."
