NO WORK, NO PAY, ADAMS OSHIOMHOLE TELLS JUDICIARY WORKERS

Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State has said the legislature won’t utilize expenses of laborers to pay the individuals who decided to stay at home for quite a long time on a strike that is not well educated.
Talking at the 2015/2016 Legal Year of the state legal, the representative said the law is clear that a specialist who sets out on a strike will relinquish his pay.

“This is the law and the matter of the court is to translate the law without trepidation, regardless of the possibility that the defendant is an officer of the court. The court is not its very own respecter representatives so it must administer equity regardless of the fact that it doesn’t support the officers of the High Court and that is the thing that we have observed to do.
